returns & refunds policy
RETURNS
You can return a product if it hasn’t been used, even if you’ve opened the package and realised it’s not what you wanted. However, please note that you cannot return items that have already been used, personalised items, products made to order, or items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery.For items that are eligible for returns, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. If you wish to start the return process, email us at support@treas.es with your order number, your contact details and the reason for the return or any other helpful information. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address. If the return is approved, we’ll refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the product. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
EXCHANGES
For exchange requests, please email support@treas.es, and we will help you. Some items, such as made-to-order products, are not eligible for exchange. However, in some cases, an exchange may be approved at the designer's discretion. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
