Shipping & Returns
PRODUCTION
Some items are in stock, while others are made to order. We collaborate with local designers who work with small batches and limited production capacities, which may result in production times of up to 20 days. The estimated production time for each item is listed on its product page.
DELIVERY
We deliver directly to your doorstep using trusted third-party delivery operators.
Delivery options: within Spain; within the European Union; Within the United Kingdom.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. To ensure a smooth process, double-check the delivery address on the order confirmation page before placing your order. However, If your order has not yet shipped (usually within 1-2 days of placing the order), you may request a delivery address change by contacting us at support@treas.es as soon as possible.
TRACKING
You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
PACKAGING
We are committed to sustainability. Our packaging and boxes are produced in collaboration with Packhelp, a company dedicated to using verified and certified eco-friendly materials. Additionally, we use an innovative eco-friendly font designed to reduce ink and toner usage.
RETURNS
You can return a product if it hasn’t been used, even if you’ve opened the package and realised it’s not what you wanted. However, please note that you cannot return items that have already been used, personalised items, products made to order, or items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery.For items that are eligible for returns, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. If you wish to start the return process, email us at support@treas.es with your order number, your contact details and the reason for the return or any other helpful information. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address. If the return is approved, we’ll refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the product. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
EXCHANGES
For exchange requests, please email support@treas.es, and we will help you. Some items, such as made-to-order products, are not eligible for exchange. However, in some cases, an exchange may be approved at the designer's discretion.
