Delivery
Where is my order?

You can track your parcel in your personal account on the treas.es platform. If you didn't receive your order when you were expecting it and after reviewing your tracking information, you find no recent updates, please reach out to us at treas.shop@gmail.com with your order number for assistance from our team. We will get back to you within 48 working hours.

Orders
There is a problem with the order I received.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please email treas.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible, and our team will try their best to resolve your case.

I have received the wrong item, what can I do?

There is an item missing from my order, what can I do?

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

If this has happened, please contact treas.shop@gmail.com on the day you receive your parcel. Attach photos that clearly show the damage and a brief description of the problem. Once we receive your request, we will contact you and offer to repair the item/replace it or offer a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

It is only possible to change or cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please email treas.shop@gmail.com ASAP with your order number and details of the required changes.

Which pieces are non-refundable?

All made-to-order and pre-order items, jewellery, accessories, bags, lingerie, and swimwear, are non-returnable or refundable.
