Delievery
Where is my order? Plus

You will receive an automated email with tracking details as soon as your item has been shipped. Also you can reach out to us at support@treas.es with your order number for assistance from our team.

Orders
There is a problem with the order I received. Plus

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please email support@treas.es as soon as possible, and our team will try their best to resolve your case.

My order arrived damaged, what can I do? Plus

If this has happened, please contact support@treas.es on the day you receive your parcel. Attach photos that clearly show the damage and a brief description of the problem. Once we receive your request, we will contact you and offer to repair the item/replace it or offer a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order? Plus

It is only possible to change or cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please emai support@treas.es ASAP with your order number and details of the required changes.

Returns & Refunds
What is your Return Policy? Plus

You can return your products within 14 days of placing the order. Read our full return policy here.

How will I get my refund? Plus

If your return is approved, we’ll refund the full amount to the same card within 14 days of receiving the product.

Which items are eligible for return, and which are not? Plus

You can return products if they are unused, even if the packaging has been opened. However, returns are not accepted for used items, personalised or made-to-order products, or hygiene-sensitive items such as underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery.
